About

As a native Oregonian, Diane has a passion for everything Oregon, especially the Oregon Coast. She left her position with the U.S. Attorney's Office in downtown Portland after 25 years, serving as the Public Information Officer, Community Relations Manager, and Conference Coordinator, and moved to her dream location - Lincoln City around Devils Lake. She earned a BA in Communications from Marylhurst College and an M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training and Development from Oregon State University. After relocating to Lincoln City, she has immersed herself in the community by serving on several boards such as Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce, Children's Advocacy Center, and Lincoln County Citizen Review Board (reviewing cases of children in foster care). She maintains a road trip blog entitled, "www.postcardfromtheroad.com" which chronicles trips to all places Oregon, including Joseph, Bandon, Astoria, and Hood River. She enjoys photography, wine tasting with friends, walks with her border collie Jessie, movies, and exploring new locations. Her goal is to assist people in finding their perfect beach getaway or permanent home.
