Managing Principal Broker | Western Oregon and SW Washington

With 14 years of experience in the legal profession, starting as a paralegal and eventually managing the law firm, there is hardly a legal issue that can arise during the buying or selling of a property that I have not encountered. After leaving the law firm, I added entrepreneurism and digital acumen to my skill set, acting as president and CEO of a computer consulting startup. It was there that I saw my calling in real estate, and have been working in real estate ever since.

Entering real estate at the height of the foreclosure market, I quickly got my designation as a Certified REO Property Specialist and Certified Short Sale Specialist. Both areas in which I have extensive experience, not only by helping my own clients but by becoming a mentor and negotiator to many agents in the industry. Which lead me to get my designation as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert. Throughout my years of working with some of the top agents and teams in the industry combined with my insatiable appetite for knowledge, I have learned from the best. This combined with my wide-ranging and comprehensive earlier skills and experience has allowed me to succeed and excel in any market becoming one of the area’s best agents, managing 9 offices across Oregon and SW Washington.

In addition to those professional accomplishments, I have been very involved in giving back and helping to improve the community through a variety of volunteer opportunities. I served 12 years on the City of West Linn Planning Commission, acting as chair for many of those years. Including acting as an advisor to the City’s Sustainability Commission, a member of the Infill and Planned Unit Development Task Force, and serving on the Board of Directors for the non-profit company Youth Building Green and Vice-Chair of the Oregon Young Professionals Network.

Most recently I served as Vice President on the PMAR Master Circle Board, and as both a State and Local Director for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors (PMAR). When not working on real estate, for the city, or as a volunteer, I love spending time with my family.
