Danielle has had a breadth of experience as a real estate professional over the last 16 years. She is not only a realtor; she also has expertise as an investor and property manager. Danielle has been involved in the many diverse areas of real estate, including the purchase and management of commercial property, vacation rental homes, long-term rentals, fix-and-flip homes, and primary residences. Real estate has been the primary vehicle she has used to build her own family's financial stability, and she is passionate about the opportunity to help others invest and leverage their assets in the industry. She has decades of experience in providing outstanding customer service, paying great attention to detail and extending her authentic care. Since 2001 she has owned, operated, and grown Harney Sushi with her husband, Chef Dustin Summerville. The restaurants Danielle and Dustin built from the ground up are an icon in their community. Her previous roles within the business had ranged from general manager and entertainment booking agent, to chief creative officer overseeing advertising, social media, and digital branding. They still own and maintain their flagship restaurant in Old Town San Diego. Her thirst for mountain life started at a young age with exposure to snowboarding, biking, rock climbing, backpacking, surfing, and sailing. Her other passion and strength is in music.  She studied harp, piano and guitar in her youth and through college. She has had the honor of playing for artist Mimi Zulu and has headlined at all of the best music venues in San Diego. She also opened for some amazing artists such as the Grammy Award winning Macy Gray and well-known Beats Antique. In addition, she has conducted countless harp performances for weddings and special events. Mountain biking and the outdoors is what brought her to Central Oregon, but the warmth of the community is what made her fall in love with the region. After 8 years of being a homeowner and part-time resident of Bend, she and her family decided to make the full-time move from sunny San Diego to this majestic town — and has fully embraced mountain living and all it has to offer.
