Real estate is in my blood. I have been surrounded with it since before I was born: My grandfather developed and built historic buildings in New York City and developed Longboat Key in Sarasota, Florida, my father built houses and my mother sold homes before moving into commercial real estate. Growing up in Georgia, I got my first taste of realty working with my mother, an award-winning Real Estate Broker in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors who has placed in the Top Ten Commercial Award several times! Around the same time that I was starting my own real estate career in 2003, I fell in love with the beauty and culture of Oregon and eventually followed my heart out west to Eugene.
Many of those years were spent writing and negotiating commercial real estate contracts while working directly with professionals such as builders, developers, attorneys and engineers. Having navigated the commercial real estate world—and receiving the highest accolades from all my contacts—my primary real estate has now shifted to the residential market, helping both home Sellers and Buyers meet their needs. My goal is to look out for my customers best wishes and intentions; to achieve the highest and best price and terms for my Sellers, and to gain the best provisions and conditions for my Buyers. And, most importantly to all parties involved, I will treat everyone unconditionally with the utter most respect, honesty, and integrity at all times.
When I’m not selling real estate, I can be found spending time with my family, helping my children become respectful and successful individuals, doing yoga, running, cooking and loving life in Oregon.
