About

Lisa's 23 years as a professional in the Employee Benefits industry gave her the transferable professional skills needed to be effective as your broker. You will benefit from her expertise in finance, contracts, and strategic negotiations on your behalf, and she will problem-solve to represent you for your greatest benefit. Lisa takes continuing education seriously as it translates to helping her clients achieve the best outcomes. Gaining her real estate license in 2014 wasn't sufficient enough of an education for Lisa. She pursued and achieved several designations soon after: the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialists (SRS), the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), the Resort-Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and NAR's Green Designation. She is an Earth Advantage Broker, and a member of National Association of Realtors and the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. Community service is a huge part of Lisa's life, as she was a 16-year elected Council Member for the Town of Yarrow Point. Currently she serves as the Chair for the Century West Neighborhood Association, Vice-Chair of Bend's newly formed Neighborhood Leadership Alliance, and she participates as a property inspector for the Firewise Committee in Broken Top. Lisa moved to Bend from Seattle to take advantage of all the outdoor activities available in the area. In her free time you will likely find her skiing or hiking with her dogs or paddle boarding the river or Elk Lake. "Anyone with a real estate license can show a house, but not every real estate agent strives to merge the personal and professional connection the way Lisa seems to do so effortlessly...if you want a completely catered experience and the chance to have someone connect with your every want and need as far as your new home goes, then call Lisa and sit back, relax and trust.." - MBS
