Penelope Perez is joining the Sotheby's International Realty team with fresh ambition and a cultural perspective. Having recently returned from a six month tour of South East Asia, where she taught English and assisted in developing curriculum for local schools, a global view is at the forefront of her skill set. After finishing her B.A in History at Portland State University she spent time working in both California and Washington D.C in the field of French wine sales and management. She had in depth training in Bordeaux allowing her to develop her palate, wine knowledge and love for travel before returning home to the Oregon coast. For the past five years Penelope has owned and operated a successful, French inspired cafe in the neighborhood of Bella Beach located on the central coast. She enjoys being an entrepreneur on many levels and strives to give customers an unforgettable experience. Penelope has been mentored in the business of real estate by fellow Sotheby's brokers Ed Tanabe and Lisa Morrigan who have a combined 30 years of experience in coastal home sales. She enjoys spending time enjoying Oregon's gorgeous beaches, trails and mountains with her family and her two rambunctious dogs. "My goal with joining the Sotheby's team is to encourage people to follow their dreams, one fantastic place to the next!" Lisa Morrigan, Ed Tanabe and Penelope Perez are all part of The Morrigan Group located on the Central Oregon Coast.
