Believing that a diverse professional background leads to building a successful real estate practice, Tina Wyszynki's experiences with the numerous facets of sales and marketing has provided a multi-dimensional platform to perfect the relationships she cultivates with buyers and sellers. Her career path has led her through roles in technology support, marketing, direct sales and evaluation of nuances of customer experiences - all while holding a broker license since 2002. Those paths have always intersected squarely back into the world of real estate. Her love of the profession does not stop with connecting clients with the right opportunities. She and her husband have built a portfolio of investment properties that she manages and is often called to share her wisdom of dealing with complexities that investment property owners can experience. Her nickname "International Tina" is derived from rich international travel including long-term residencies in Austria and Taiwan. She received her BA in Communications with an emphasis in marketing and public relations from the University of Portland. Tina also notes that every time you connect with her, you'll learn something new about her - while she in turn enjoys listening to clients and thrives on finding the magic equation for their success in buying or selling. Forthright by nature, Tina's honesty is perhaps what her clients appreciate most. She draws on years of client interaction and civic involvement to provide counsel and absolute discretion that ultimately results in a strong bond of trust. Tina's personality affords her great flexibility in connecting with any number of constituencies. She recently co-founded and is president of the Stadium Business District Association in downtown Portland. In addition to that, she enjoys cooking, gardening and volunteering. Residing in the Goose Hollow neighborhood with her husband and two children while also maintaining a second home in Rancho Mirage, California, she is passionate about Portland and making sure that it remains as livable and friendly as it is today.
