BEND, OREGON – The thermostat in Bend is finally heating up, and so are the events, including the 28th Annual First Interstate Bank Summer Festival, which takes over the streets of Downtown Bend the weekend of July 13-15. Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty is, once again, a proud sponsor of the seasonal tradition. This year, the Bend-based brokerage is kicking things up a notch, by adding professionally stage lounge spaces to both of their booths on Minnesota Avenue.
The main kiosk will feature a residential-themed design, featuring clean lines, cool colors, and statement decor pieces that are contemporary and stylish. The other booth will be represented by the Farm, Ranch & Vineyard Division, representing an inviting rustic-ranch style. The layout of the two spaces will be arranged by Stephanie Brooke of SIT Design, simulating Bend-typical interior environments common in many of the region’s property listings. In addition, there will be meet & greets by Cascade Sotheby’s broker hosts, handing out all kinds of swag.
The Cascade Sotheby’s Jazz & Gourmet Living Street, located on Minnesota Street, should be a huge draw the entire weekend, with well-known musicians performing Friday and Saturday nights. Taking the stage on Friday evening are the Lao Tizer Band at 5pm, the Lloyd Jones Quartet at 7pm, followed by King Louie and Larhonda Steele at 9:15pm. Saturday’s acts include the Maxwell Friedman Group at 5:30pm, the Tom Grant Band at 7pm, then a final set by Soul Vaccination at 8:30pm. Here’s to an amazing few days of food, friends and music!
