Located just eleven miles to the southeast of Portland, this charming town sits on a hill that allows many who live there scenic views of Mt. Hood in one direction and Portland’s downtown skyline in the other.
As one of the fastest growing towns in Oregon, Happy Valley has much to offer its residents in terms of opportunities and amenities. The city is home to Oregon’s strongest health care industry and related sector. The many healthcare facilities have brought an incredible amount of growth and prosperity to the area.
Happy Valley isn’t without its amenities for residents. The clean air and suburban lifestyle make this an ideal location for families. The Mt. Hood National Forest is just around the corner as is the Columbia River Gorge, the Cascade Mountains, and the Clackamas River.
