Bend, OR (March 23, 2018)—Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty formally declared they are “open for business” at their new Sisters location with a ceremonial Chamber ribbon-cutting. The event marked the January 2018 acquisition of Metolius Property Sales, which increases Cascade Sotheby’s presence in the Central Oregon market. The Sisters location is the latest of 11 strategic offices operating throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.
The office will be managed by premier broker Phil Arends, and supported by eleven elite brokers. “We are building a growing footprint of listings in Central Oregon and Phil’s knowledge and expertise in vacation home and resort sales will help us accelerate our momentum and propel us to our next level of growth in the region,” commented Deb Tebbs, founder and CEO, Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty. The company now controls more than 22% of the Sisters, Oregon real estate market.
More than 200 guests celebrated the occasion, mingling to live music and toasting to future success in the community with the “Sotheby’s Slinger”, a signature cocktail created specially for the event by Cascade Street Distillery. Attendees enjoyed savory Mexican fare by Isla Rios, and delectable desserts from Sisters Bakery. Cascade Sotheby’s COO, Michael Kosmin stated, “We are extremely appreciative that the community has welcomed us so warmly, coinciding with the Sisters Fourth Friday Art Stroll, and it’s our hope that we play a role in the continued growth and development of the area.” View the Sisters office current listings.
